Application of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale are provided to the client to enable them to make a reservation. These terms and conditions apply to the services provided by the establishment.
Pricing
Prices are expressed in euros, VAT included. The rates confirmed in the reservation request are final.
Rates: 280 euros on weekdays and 320 euros on weekends. Breakfast: 30 euros for 2 people.
The rates applied are those in effect on the day of booking. They may be subject to change due to legislative and/or regulatory modifications that could lead to price variations, such as changes in VAT rates, tourist taxes, etc.
The base rate per night includes:
– Accommodation of 135m2
– Private indoor swimming pool heated to 29°C
– Private sauna
– Private outdoor jacuzzi
– 2 bedrooms
– Television
– Fully equipped kitchen
– Living room
– Fiber Wi-Fi access
– Household linen
– Monitored private parking
– Electric charging station
– Air conditioning
– Welcome products
Schedule
– Monday to Thursday: Check-in from 3:30 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m.
– Friday to Sunday: Check-in from 3:30 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m.
Please confirm your exact arrival time.
The tenant agrees to arrive before 10:00 p.m. Any delay or arrival issues must be reported as soon as possible.
Cleaning
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. The tenant is required to leave the accommodation in an acceptable state of cleanliness (trash disposed of, dirty dishes placed in the dishwasher, used towels left in the shower).
Covid-19 Info: A complete disinfection of the accommodation is performed between each reservation.
Reservation and Payment Method
The full amount of the rental and services is due at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be sent after payment.
Payment by credit card.
Gift Voucher
Once the order has been submitted and the payment fully processed by the customer, the order will be handled within 48 business hours, depending on the chosen delivery method (digital or postal).
Promotions and Offers
Promotions on the website www.lanuitdessens.fr are not cumulative with other offers, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. Promotions are valid only at the indicated price and dates.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival, a security deposit of 500 euros will be requested to cover any potential damage or theft. It can be paid by check or cash. It will be returned by mail within 4 days following departure if no damage is found.
A pre-authorization will be made the day before the start of the stay and released within 72 hours if no damage occurs.
If the deposit amount is insufficient to cover damages, the tenant agrees to pay the balance. In such cases, an invoice will be sent by email.
Cancellation Policy
– Full refund for cancellations made 15 days before the arrival date.
– 50% refund for cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before arrival.
– No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.
A rescheduling of the stay may be negotiated by email or phone with the owners up to 48 hours before arrival. The rescheduling terms will depend on the initial booking date.
In case of force majeure or unforeseen events beyond control, the lessor reserves the right to cancel the rental contract and refund the tenant without further compensation.
Inventory
An inventory will be carried out upon arrival and departure. Any damage or loss will result in a deduction from the deposit to cover replacement costs. Household linen is provided and must not be taken (bathrobes, towels, sheets, etc.). Missing items will be charged to the tenant.
Parking
La Nuit des Sens offers 2 parking spaces, including 1 for persons with disabilities, under video surveillance.
To respect neighborhood tranquility, tenants must use only the available parking spaces in front of the accommodation.
The lessor cannot be held responsible for any issues related to parking.
House Rules
The tenant agrees to use the premises peacefully. To respect neighbors, sound levels (especially music) must be kept moderate.
– Maximum occupancy: 4 people.
– For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed.
– La Nuit des Sens is strictly non-smoking, including the jacuzzi area. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the terrace.
Any breach of these rules will result in a 100-euro deduction from the security deposit.
The lessor declines all responsibility for theft or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
Forgotten items will be shipped at the tenant’s expense if claimed within 48 hours.
All users must have liability insurance and release the owners from any responsibility regarding security or supervision during the stay.
The tenant must strictly adhere to the usage guidelines for all equipment provided.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In case of disputes or claims, the tenant must first contact the lessor to seek an amicable solution.
